Freeman junior takes charge
The 2009 competition has now completed week 2 and already we have a stack of points on the board.
Taking 20 wickets in 2 games has obviously helped, but the pre season favourite Mr Bell has not really got going yet.
The game against Tendring saw Mat Freeman take an outright lead with two excellent catches.The defending champion also took two catches to move nicely into second spot.
Big Mike and Sinders opened their accounts for 2009 with solid and safe clutches.
Adam Jones and Mr Bell combined well for a superb run out to pick up a half point each.
There is still a long way to go, but the excitement is bubbling nicely as we head to Ware.
