This is a very important message regarding availability. 

The forum area for ad hocs to post their availability has not yet gone live, so in the meantime we would ask that any player outside of the contracts emails if they are available directly to the selectors.

Contracts should post on the forum and if they can’t access the forum they must ask someone to post on their behalf. 

We are still hopeful that the team for the first game can be announced on Monday. If we do not have things settled by then, the team will be posted on Wednesday lunchtime as stated at the AGM. 

Posting as early as possible as a contract enables things to run smoothly and helps the selectors. You are also helping your mates who do not have contract status by enabling them to finalise their plans for the coming weekend. Clearly the earlier that ad hocs can find out if they are required or not the better. 

Please also remember that it was agreed at the AGM that contracts had to post their availability by Tuesday evening. If we do not hear from a contract we will assume they are not available and they will not be chased unless we do not have enough ad hocs to make up the team. 

Please do not think, "This does not apply to me".
