The build up to the first game of 2009 is now reaching the final phases, and a real leap forward came yesterday when the weather reached cricket playing levels for the first time since when the curtain came down on the 2008 season. We are now under 5 weeks away from our trip to Nazeing Common, and it is vital that we go into that clash as prepared as we can be. As we saw last season, once form dips it is really hard to fight your way out of the other side. With only 5 net sessions left, it is now more vital than ever that everyone makes a big effort to do all they can to get there.
