Big Mike Freeman has taken Rosaneri into new territory by securing a fixture for October !                 

In a moment of madness when manning the controls of the Rosaneri fixture centre, he went ahead and put the final game of the 2009 season in the diary for Sunday October the 4^th. 

On this groundbreaking day we travel to Essex to take on the Belhus Sunday 2^nd XI. 

Belhus are a strong club that have 4 Saturday XI’s and 2 Sunday XI’s. They ply their trade in the Essex League, with their 1^st team finishing runners up in the Premier League in 2007. 

It is now traditional that Big Mike arranges us a good end of season thrashing and it certainly looks like he will not disappoint us this year. 

Joking aside, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Big Mike for all his hard work on the 2009 fixture list. He has worked tirelessly and has helped to shape an attractive and exciting list for the coming season.  

We still have one more weekend fixture to confirm and also the mid summer programme of Twenty/20 fixtures.
