The home leg of The Cotswolds series can now be confirmed for Sunday the 19th of July.
But there is a slight twist. This year we will be using Botany Bay to stage the game rather than Lincoln Road. The dates just didn’t match up at Lincoln Road and Coxy kindly stepped in to secure a pitch hire up at The Bay.
We will be providing a brunch on arrival for all players, and the match itself will take place on the 2nd XI square where Rosaneri incidentally have a 100% win record.
Let’s hope we go into this game 1-0 up in the two match series as we will have already been to Eastnor Castle for the leg at their end.
Selection for the Cotswolds games will work differently this year as decreed at the AGM. But the final method of selection has still not been finalised.
