The news we have all been waiting for has finally arrived.
The pigeon has made from Eastnor Castle to Enfield and the message reads as follows;
Hello City Boys,
We have spoken to the Lord of the Manor and he has said that it would be ok if you lads came down to play us on Sunday the 24th of May.
Only joking !
But the game has been confirmed as above against The Cotswolds to be played at Eastnor Castle.
This is always the most eagerly awaited game of the season and we can now mark it firmly in our diaries. This is also a Bank Holiday weekend, so it may give us the perfect opportunity to have a big night out and stay over.
The corresponding fixture last year was ultra competitive and close all the way until the final over of the match.
Remember winter nets start tomorrow, so dust your kit off and get practicing !
