The 10 run handicap

In response to a recent question on the forum concerning the contribution or detriment that extras have on the team, I have been through the scorebook and come up with the following findings.

Overall extras equate to the equivalent of a 10 run handicap each time that Rosaneri begin a match. We have had positive matches, in fact 6, and of these 6 we won 3, Drew 1, and lost 2. Clearly then, a net positive extras analysis puts us in a competitive position.

Let’s hope for 2009 that we can turn this negative statistic around and start coming out positive in the battle of the extras.
