The exciting Golden Fielder competition is gradually reaching conclusion and last Sunday on Ham Common we saw the outright lead change again.

Andy Underwood retook the lead thanks to a brilliant direct hit run out. He could however moved even further clear if he had of held onto a chance that literally came down from the clouds.

Mr Bell kept the pressure on in the defence of his title by picking up a half point, but probably will be regretting a few missed opportunities.

Mark Cox took a catch and dropped one as he put himself towards the top of mid table, and Nick Shewring has finally got going of late and added another point with a solid caught and bowled.

Unfortunately details of the second run out on the day were not recorded in the score book. As such, those points have not yet been added to the table. (But an appeal for information has been launched on the forum)
