The Edmonton tea votes are in and collated and comments perused…the players have spoken.
The bowls of pasta were a surprise new option alongside the usual selection of sandwiches and cakes which were in good supply. For those preferring a warming bite to eat there were hotdogs on hand although they were not everyone’s cup of tea with the prospect of a busy afternoon in the field. As for the tea, this was also in plentiful supply although there was no sign of the fabled coffee option!
Edmonton’s ability to cater for a wide range of types of food is surely its strength but also may have been its slight undoing as there was no sign of the choc ices that went down a storm last year and surely must have caused a few marks to be held back.
Even so the fully rounded spread secured respectable marks all round and managed to sneak its way into third place just ahead of Harlow Vets
