The votes have all been totalled and averaged to put the tea at North Weald straight into the second spot in tea of the year.

The spread was so big that the tables supporting it were literally creaking with the strain. The sarnies were old school favourites and there was plenty on offer for the more health conscious amongst us in terms of fruit and vegetables. Cakes were also in plentiful supply, along with an unlimited pot of tea.

The tea is always a massive advantage of playing cricket and this year we have not been disappointed with great hospitality at every ground we have played at.
