The annual pilgrimage to The Cotswolds is a little over a month away and we need to seriously get thinking about arrangements.

Firstly we need to start thinking about who is playing. We already know that Pits is not available due to a scheduled operation on a hernia. This obviously means we need at least one ad hoc, but it may end up that we need more.

Nick will be sending an email in the next couple of days to find out the complete availability of the contracted players. Please reply promptly to this to enable the selection process to be conducted as smoothly as possible.

Secondly though we need to establish our travelling arrangements.

Are we going to travel the day before (Saturday) and stay over, or are we travelling on the day of the match ? We also have the option of taking the Monday off work and staying the Sunday night to enjoy a celebratory drink.

Once the decision is made, we need to get organised and book hotel accommodation if needed. With this in mind, we need contracted players and ad hoc’s who would like to play to email admin@rosanericricket.co.uk as soon as possible with your favoured travel plans. If you have to travel there and back on the same day, but can still play, we need to know that as well.
