The man of the match award for the opening match of the 2008 season goes to Paul Sindrey.

In a virtually unanimous decision Paul was acknowledged by his team mates as the outstanding performer in a game where Rosaneri gave their all as a team.

Paul returned career best figures of 3 for 11 in eight overs, and was just what an opening bowler should be. He thoroughly deserves this award as he has spent all winter totally reshaping his bowling style.
