Nets salvaged again

Superman Sindrey has come to the rescue again and managed to find us another venue for winter nets to continue next week.

We have been lucky enough to secure our usual day and time, Wednesday 9-10pm, but this time we will be at a completely new venue to us all.

The venue is Ashmole School in Cecil Road, Southgate. The postcode for Sat Nav users is N14 5RJ. Basically the school is very near Southgate tube station.

The school facilities have recently been refurbished thanks to generous grant from Sport England. The hall contains 4 nets, of which we will be hiring 2. By hiring 2 nets we will avoid the problems of overcrowding experienced last week at Hatfield.

We are booked for the next two weeks, with a possibility of an extension if Sawbridgeworth experience further delays.

Paul has come up trumps yet again, and surely it is now only a matter of time before he is given an official position within the club’s hierarchy.
