Cometh the hour, cometh the man. Well that was certainly the case yesterday as an unlikely hero stepped forward to save Rosaneri’s pre season preparation.
That hero was Paul Sindrey.
As soon as Paul read his daily fix of all things pink in the cricket world on the club’s website he leapt into action to make sure that our pre season schedule was not interrupted. Paul contacted Hatfield and managed to secure us a one off session next Wednesday from 9-10pm.
Not only this, but due to Hatfield’s antiquated booking system he had to drive to the sports centre on his way home from work and pay in cash to secure our slot.
Well done Paul, the club thoroughly appreciate your work.
So just to recap, nets will start on Wednesday the 30th of January at the indoor cricket centre in Hatfield. The session will start at 9pm and finish at 10pm.
All players will be charged on a pay per play basis of £5 per head.
