Agenda
Proceedings are due to get underway at 8pm in The Pied Bull at the top of Bullsmoor Lane.
Below is a rough agenda that obviously holds a certain amount of flexibility.
Agenda:
Contracted players - What happens from now ?
Same as last year ? Do we stick at 11 or increase ? What criteria are needed to continue/establish contract status (Play in minimum number of games, subscribe to winter nets etc)
Finance - It must be noted that money is tight due to last season cap give away.
Match fees ? Contract fee ?
Selection - Should the current system continue ? Vote for members of committee.
Brief discussion on how selectors should choose from the ad hoc's available.
Kit - Do we now have enough ?
Fixtures - Vote on fixture secretary.
How many fixtures ? Where ? style of matches ?
Captaincy - Should we have a season long Captain ? (If so, appoint)
Same as last year ?
Website - What can be added/improved ?
Family day - Proposed day early in the season against Enfield with fun for all the family.
Summer nets - Stick to Hoddessdon ?
Golden Fielder - Do we need to change the rules ?
End of season awards/trophies - What new awards do we want ?
