Meal date confirmed
The end of season meal date is now set for Saturday the 17th of November. The venue however is still far from clear, but the vote seems to be split between Hertford and Enfield.
The type of restaurant is also far from settled, but it looks like coming down to a coin toss between a Chinese or a Curry. It is envisaged that the night will begin with polite pub banter followed by the meal at the chosen restaurant.
While you have your diaries open it is also important that we sit down for the club's AGM as soon as possible. Hopefully Mat's article from a couple of days ago got you all thinking. Although attendance is not compulsory it is strongly advised that you attend if you wish to shape the clubs future.
If you cannot attend, you can submit points you feel strongly about by email. The AGM will take place shortly after the end of season meal. Suggested dates and venues will follow soon.
