Vs Epping Foresters CC Sunday XI

Good morning RCC fans as we reach the final Sunday of the 2023 season.

This season has currently seen us win seven and lose seven games with one match being abandoned. A win in our final fixture will see us record our first winning season since 2019 and only our 6th in 18 seasons. Ultimately though no matter what the result we can all say that the Club has had another successful season all round.

Once again we end this season with a trip to Epping Foresters CC to take on their Sunday XI. With one win and one defeat since the fixture was introduced another tight game is surely in store today.

The Foresters ground actually sits on top of the Bell Common M25 tunnel and had to be rebuilt during the early 1980's when the motorway was being built.

With some of the Club competitions still on the line, a good looking RCC squad will be pushing themselves to see who ultimatly wins one of the coveted trophies.

So RCC fans we thank you for all your support during the season and fingers crossed for all our heroes in 'Pink & Black' and here's hoping fo ra terrific match to bring our cricketing year to a successful close.

The address of the ground is; Epping Foresters CC, Mill Plain,High Road, Epping, CM16 4DH and the meet time is 12:30 pm for the sharp 1:00 pm start.  The ground is not accessed via the M25 so watch your Satnav directions.

In play and break time WhatsApp and Twitter updates will be available as normal (@RosaneriCricket).
