Below is a copy of an email sent on behalf of the club to the John Warner Sports Centre to thank them for their excellent customer service this summer.

To the manager,

I am writing to pass on massive congratulations to your staff for their excellent customer service.

My cricket team have been using your outdoor cricket nets for the summer and we cannot speak highly enough of your staff. Their telephone manner is helpful and friendly, and the on site treatment is also of the highest standard.

We have used numerous other sports sites in the Hertfordshire and Enfield areas and the customer service offered at all other sites is appalling compared to your centre.

Thank you again for excellent customer service and making us feel so welcome.
