Vs South Loughton CC Sunday 1st XI
Another close defeat last Sunday again saw some excellent individual RCC performances.
With the ball Nick bowled well and took another two wickets aided by Big Mike behind the stumps which meant that he claimed his 200th wicket for the Club. Whilst skipper Jim and Ayush each picked up a good wicket.
In the field Mo took another catch while Ayush, Nick and Big Mike secured the run outs.
With the bat Ash (35), Ayush (20) and Mo (19*) almost saw us home.
But the standout performance came from Cijo Jose who opened the batting for the first time and ended up carrying his bat scoring 95 not out. Plus he also took a wicket.
