Another very enjoyable afternoons cricket again saw a number of good performances from those in Pink and Black.
With the ball Robert, Jim and Daz each took 2 wickets a piece and all the bowlers, apart from the unlucky Nick, were backed up in the field as we took five catches.
Then with the bat Big Mike recorded his second half century in as many innings and Daz almost saw us home with a gallant 46.
But this week when the votes were counted a man who has become a real club stalwart came out on top for; his economical bowling (conceding 2 runs in his first 5 over spell), great ground fielding and miraculously a catch (only his second in 57 matches!). That man was Ro Rajput.
Well played sir!
