Good morning RCC fans as we look to pick things back up after our first win of the season a couple of weeks ago.This Sunday we return to face Navestock CC's Sunday XI at their lovely Navestockside ground in front of Alec's pub where the great and good of Essex will roll up to get a glimpse of your heroes in 'Pink & Black'.
As per normal Jim will be skippering the side at a venue that first saw cricket played on it over 250 years ago and new recruit Dylan Parker will also be hoping to make his debut after last weekends cancellation.
Players are advised to get to the ground, Navestock CC, The Green, Navestockside, near Brentwood, Essex, CM14 5SD, by the latest at 1:00 pm to enjoy the big match banter build up and to stretch those well rested cricketing muscles!
The format of the contest should be in the form of an overs game and all players should be ready to go for the 1:30 pm start time.
