In a game that saw us win our first game of the 2021 a real all round team performance also saw some good individuals performances and one exceptional one.

Firstly to the team where for the first time ever we managed to achieve three run outs in a single innings (Sam & Daz, Slaps and finally Ro).

The with the bat there were solid performances at the top of the order from Big Mike (27), Captain Jim (23) and Adam (29), in his first innings of the year.

All the bowlers created chances and Slaps picked up two good wickets in consecutive balls but just could not manage a hat-trick.

However, that exceptional performance I mentioned at the beginning of this article belonged, once again, to this week's Man of the Match Darren Patel.

With the bat Daz was again the top Rosaneri scorer with an unbeaten 61.  Which also means that he has yet to be dismissed in four innings this season whilst playing for the 'Pinks'.

He then donned the wicket keeping gloves and was involved in a Rosaneri record six dismissals, 4 catches, 1 stumping and 1 assisted run out.

An unbelievable performance!
