Well with a second win on the bounce and with good availability things are looking up in Rosaneri world and that also goes for the performances of some of our players. So much so that we have a joint Man of the Match award this week.
Firstly the bowling, where Taimoor Raza and Ro Rajput bowled brilliantly in hot conditions to combine with figures of 13 overs 4 maidens 4 wickets for 25 runs. These are amazing figures which reflect the skills of these two RCC stalwarts, especially when playing at Enfield, which has a reputation of being a bit of a 'road'. Well bowled men.
Then there was the ferocious batting of Graham Tyrrell and Dan Boucher who both recorded half centuries and blasted 23 boundaries between them to lay the platform and then see the 'Pink's home with four wickets and the same number of overs to spare. Great batting guys!
All players will be rewarded with top of the range male grooming products.
A special mention must also go to Stephen Underwood who not only took two wickets in his first game of the season but also umpired most of our innings in 94 degree temperatures!
