Vs Hadley Wood Green CC Friendly XI

In a match where our opposition dominated from ball one the 'Pinks' players found it hard to keep pace with their much stronger opponents.  However, our players gave their all and that was shown by 5 players receiving votes for different reasons this week.

In the end young Robert Freeman was nominated as our Man of the Match for last Sunday.  Robert bowled a couple of tidy spells with the ball and picked up a brace of wickets and then gave his all in the field to cover for some of the ailing older RCC players.

Other mentions this week must go to Taimoor, who must be the unluckiest bowler alive (or at least since RCC legend SInders) who bowled another excellent eight overs for no reward, Daz for his 'worldie' of a catch and Mr. Bell for his belligerent batting.

Well done to all in what was a difficult afternoons cricket and congratulations Rob who as normal wins top of the range shower products.
