In a game where records tumbled and the batsmen where on top for the majority of the match it was a bowler who was unanimously
voted this week's RCC man of the match. And that young man was Sajjan Sra who in a late call up with his dad made his debut for the 'Pinks' on Sunday.
Sajjan opened the batting, fielded like a demon and bowled an opening spell of 5 overs, 5 maidens 1 wicket for no runs and ended up taking 2 for 6 off of 8 overs.
A magnificent debut, well done.
The other star of Sunday's show was The Daz1000 who broke no less than three Club records in one game. He has now hit the most sixes in a single season (15 and counting), scored 637 runs (with 5 games to go) and with Big Mike put on a record unbroken 158 run partnership for the second wicket in only 16 overs.
Take a bow son, take a bow.
A mention must also go to The Terminator who scored his maiden half century but only found out the news hours after the game when the score book was double checked so missed raising his bat to the crowd in celebration.
As per normal Sajjan wins top of the range shower products.
