Fingers Crossed for Some Happy Slapping!!

There will be 44 fingers firmly crossed all day tomorrow as the Rossers keep their eyes on the skies.

Slaps has been named as captain with Marcus assisting - if it goes ahead it will be a much needed tonic for most of the players who have been starved of cricket for a few weeks now. There is already a buzz about the club as tomorrow sees the debut appearance of Neil Tilley who needs no introduction! There's a lot of expectation on his shoulders but I doubt very much that he will be in the slightest bit phased and there could well be a disturbed evening in store for any unsuspecting car washers in Wellington Road!

The pinks will be going all out to win for sure but lets not forget that the main focus of the evening is to enjoy ourselves and soak up the banter which will no doubt be flowing freely!

The forecast has improved since yesterday so keep thinking positive thoughts everyone!!
