We are now in the lull before the storm, as next week sees Rosaneri head into a succession of Twenty/20 fixtures.

Thursday and Friday of next week sees the club play their first ever back to back fixtures. Both games will take in the Twenty/20 format and the action promises to be fast and furious. Then the following weekend the club head off on their first big road trip of the summer for a 2 innings Twenty/20 spectacular in The Cotswolds.

The Cotswolds trip is now looking very much like we will travel down on the morning of the game. This will mean a very early meet time as the match is scheduled to get under way at 12pm. The selectors have canvassed the “Regular” players and it looks as if at least a couple of Ad Hoc players will be needed. Obviously places are in high demand and the selectors will have to make some tough decisions.

All three matches come in the space of little over a week and offer a great chance for players to make some runs or take some wickets. So far this season we have competed, but we have just lacked that magic spark at crucial moments. Get focussing now and make sure it is you that provides the magic.
