It is now only just over 3 weeks away to the first big road trip of the summer.
The 15th of July is the date for the big clash in The Cotswolds and travel plans urgently need to be drawn up.
The club management see two real options to consider:
a) Travel down the night before, stay overnight and in the process enjoy a team building night out on the eve of the match.
b) Travel down on the morning of the match in cars or a mini bus.
Overnight accommodation has been researched and it comes in at around £30 per player for Travel Lodge style rooms.
Either option will make for a great trip, but obviously all players will have a slight preference. If you have strong feelings on the subject and are a contracted player or an Ad Hoc who has expressed an interest in playing we would like to hear your views.

We need to make a decision as quickly as possible as the accommodation currently available may soon go. If you cannot make the night before option that is also very important for the selectors to be aware of. It will not rule you out of the team, but it may make a decision easier for the finalised travel arrangements.
