Vs North Weald
Rosaneri got back to winning ways this week in fine style with a dominant display.
Jack, Stephen and Darren ripped through the North Weald top order to leave the home side struggling at 56 for 5. Captain Marcus then eased off the accelerator and the Hurricanes found a partnership that got them right back in the game.
Nick, Coxy and Jim all bowled well, but the wickets dried up.
Jack came back to break the partnership in a ferocious spell and at tea the game was nicely balanced.
Arthur's excellent slip catch is worth full mention.
Mike and Bell looked good in reply, but both departed in quick succession. Ian then dug in and added steady runs, before Arthur guided the ball around and ultimately set the pinks up for victory.
There was a wobble though when Jim suffered a Golden, but Darren took control of the rudder as Nick provided fuel to see Rosaneri to a decisive win.
