Vs Holtwhites Trinibis
Ma. Freeman - Probably still fuming after this average wrecking assignment ! Couldn't stand up when bowling, and sent out to chase 4+ an over on an allotment plot facing impossiball.
King - Did really well with the bat and top scored with a patient approach.
B. Underwood - Great work with the ball to grab 3 wickets and create chances for more. An excellent comeback.
Barnet - Took his first Rosaneri wicket following a cameo with the ball, and made an amazing stop in the deep.
Nichol - Nice bowling in a brief spell, but batting in ice skates was always going to end in disaster.
Levett - Bowled classic pick and mix, but importantly bowled enough good balls to grab wickets.
A. Underwood - Kept byes to an absolute minimum in a very good display behind the stumps in very difficult conditions. At times it must have felt that he was keeping wicket with the Weather Channel on in the background.
Hore - The Rahul smooth glide to the wicket when bowling was not compromised by the underfoot conditions and 8 top overs were delivered. However the Fonz doesn't do cold and wet when batting so RCC fans were not treated to a match winning innings on this occasion.
S. Underwood - Miserly when bowling to set up massive pressure on the home sides batting, and definitely underbowled.
Downing - Must have bowled well as the oppo captain referred to his Doosra as unplayable. The funny things is Jim didn't even know he had one ! Didn't even face a ball in the biggest collapse since Barings Bank.
Mi. Freeman - Captained well in adverse conditions, but over did the Enya pre batting ritual and was sensationally timed out !
