Vs Lindsell

Tyrrell - Looked confident while batting but perished too quickly. Had loads of the ball in the field and fielded very very well.

Jones - Edged to slip for his secong duck of the season. Came on for an over of spin at the end to impress the selectors.

Leigh - Back in the groove with the bat to spend a lot of time in the middle and top score on a day when runs were very hard to come by. Held a nice catch while behind the stumps.

Hore - Relaxed and composed while batting, but got himself out after a good foundation had been put in place.

Barrett - Great debut with some defiant batting and some amazingly enegetic fielding.

G. Cox - An excellent comeback for the RCC fans favourite swashbuckling hero. Looked to get on with it while batting and then put in a series of nice overs while bowling.

M. Cox - Not so good with the bat this week, but the pressure of a low total scoreboard did make things very difficult. Didn't get a chance to bowl.

Mi. Freeman - Not had a duck for 3 years until this one, and that certainly didn't help the pinks out of a hole. Captained very well though to get as many a good game as possible in difficult circumstances.

Downing - Spent a few overs in the middle, but ran out of partners before cutting loose. Did well with the ball and unlucky not to get reward for well thought out traps.

S. Shewring - The batting was crash bang wallop with the first ball hit for 4 and the next out. Bowled nicely with some interesting variations. Nice run out as well.

S. Underwood - Put in a lovely spell with the ball and genuinely had the Lindsell batsmen in trouble. Recorded two wickets, but should have had more with the standard of his work.
