The countdown continues
The shortest day has been and gone, Christmas and the New Year celebrations are well and truly over and we now head rapidly towards the start of the season.
It will now gradually get lighter in the evenings and it will not be long before we see the first of the daffodils !
Between now and then though we have a few bits and bobs of club business to complete.
First of all we at long last have an agreed date for the End of Season meal. That date has now been confirmed as Saturday the 28th of January. It is very likely that we will be eating in our favourite library area in Hertford ! The forum will carry full details as they are confirmed.
The AGM is now also going to be delayed, and it may well be that this is conducted online via email and on the forum as there is not that much to discuss.
The 2012 fixtures will start to appear on the website shortly.
