Mi. Freeman – Looked secure whilst batting and hit one lovely cover drive but succumbed to a ball sticking in the pitch to fall to a good caught and bowled.

G. Sparrey – Opened the innings but ran himself out early in the piece whilst going for a very tight second run.

A. Ebbs – Batted extremely well to help rebuild the Rosaneri innings with Kurt and went on to make his highest score for the Club until he took on the wrong arm and was run out.

K. Akyuz – One big six was the highlight of his well controlled innings.  Also kept wicket to his usual high standard before the heavy rains came.

M. Rose – Another all too brief innings.  Hopefully the runs will start flowing again very soon.  Bowled one nice tight over before the rain came and the game was abandonment.

R. Hore – Fastly becoming the RCC go to guy.  Another great half century which included 3 big sixes which helped the ‘Pinks’ post a competitive total.  And he has now put himself in contention for three competitions.

Ni. Shewring – Desperately needs a break with bat and ball.  Unfortunately it wasn’t with the bat this week.

Ma. Freeman – Dismissed by an unplayable pea roller after not looking in any trouble at all.

J. Downing – Batted beautifully with Rahul to help reconstruct the innings.  Although he did need a good mid wicket talking to from his batting partner before he eventually got going.

S. Shewring – Added useful runs at the end of the innings and then bowled a nice 4 over spell and was unlucky not to pick up a wicket or two.

J. Shewring – Another excellent cameo innings which boosted the total.  Also picked up the one wicket to fall as he showed again what a good fast bowler he is becoming.
