Welcome to a village cricketing feast
With eyes fixed to the sky in hope of good weather the wandering 'Pink & Black' army march into the beautiful setting of Great Canfield to take on their Saturday XI.
Last season not only did we experience the tea of the year but ball also dominated bat with Rosaneri coming out victorious by 5 wickets.
Big Mike will captain today’s side, so as we all know hours of planning would have gone into just the field settings! And Kurt will be hoping that he remembers to bring the wicket keeping gloves this week!
Also Slaps comes in at the last minute for Adam as his game has been cancelled.
The match is due to begin at 2pm and players are advised to be at the ground for 1:15pm.
We should be playing a 40 over contest and text updates are available by contacting a club official.
