In the shadows of Spitfires
The traditional clash against North Weald has now been confirmed as Sunday the 24th of July.
This game has now been moved from a Saturday to a Sunday to accommodate our hosts shift to League cricket.
North Weald has hosted some excellent clashes over the years and the home team are a very similar to us in terms of standard and attitude to the game.
Assuming the great man has recovered from his broken arm we may even get to face up to the legend Bob Wood.
Beer and cider will be consumed in the local pub afterwards.
