Things are really taking shape

The fixture list is really taking shape now and today we can unveil a few more old favourites.

1) Sunday the 24th of April will see us travel to East Lodge Lane in Enfield to take on one of our oldest opponents in the shape of Botany Bay.

This is a game the Rosaneri have dominated in recent years on a pitch that seems to suit both the Rosaneri batsmen and bowlers.

2) Sunday July the 3rd will see the Pinks take on Buckhurst Hill.

This game has been keenly contested on both previous occasions with Rosaneri hanging on for a draw last year after a heavy defeat the season before.

We have played at two different grounds previously, so it will be interesting to see where we end up taking on the challenge this time round. The actual ground will be confirmed nearer the time.

3) Sunday September the 11th is the day that Rosaneri will be heading off to Edmonton to renew a now long standing fixture.

A Mat Freeman hat trick was the highlight last year as the Pinks pulled off their first ever victory against the Edmontonians. Although to be fair we also shouldn't forget Rahul's magnificent ton ! In truth, everything literally fell into place. But we will be looking for a repeat in 2011.

More fixture news will be published soon, including news of new venues for 2011.
