Good morning sports fans and welcome to one of the highlights of the season which is the long awaited trip into rural Essex to take on Lindsell.  

Last years game will be remembered forever as the day that the Rosaneri fans turned on Big Mike for his laborious fifty that ensured the game ended up a boring draw. The post match debate raged on for weeks and ultimately lessons have been learned. 

The build up to this years clash has been anything but smooth, but we have managed to get 11 players to take up the challenge. 

The game is due to start at 1pm and players are advised to arrive at 12.15pm.

Timed or 40 over format will be decided by the captains at the toss. 

There is every chance that we will be stopping off on the way home for a curry for all you curry fans out there.
