Tyrrell – Got undone by a Big Mac lifter early on, but came back later in the match to take a wicket with his first ever ball for the club. The celebratory dance will live in the memory for a long time !

Mi. Freeman – Batted beautifully by absorbing the early all out pace attack and then crafted runs as the spinners came on. This was a top innings that dug Rosaneri out of a big hole.

Alfieri – Unfortunate to get a jaffa before he had time to settle in.

S. Shewring – No good this week with the bat, but came alive in the field to finish up with a superb run out, a nice catch and an lbw victim.

Rose – This was Marcus’ finest hour for the club as he met a ferocious attack head on with controlled aggression that turned the game on its head.

Downing – Built on the Marcus foundation to build a match winning total with Big Mike. Brought up the fifty with a huge straight six.

Akyuz – Another failure with the bat, but kept wicket to his usual tip top standard.

Ma. Freeman – Came in to add valuable runs at the end and then bowled a nice spell to add yet another wicket to his season haul. Also plucked a brilliant catch to strengthen his position at the top of the Golden Fielder.

Sindrey – Brief but effective stay at the crease to keep up the late momentum and then managed to grab a late wicket on a pitch that didn’t offer as much assistance as he would have hoped.

G. Cox – Bowled a lovely line and length again to make the initial breakthrough and put Rosaneri firmly on the track to victory.

S. Underwood – One ball and four runs was a great return with the bat, and then he went on to grab a super 4 fer that sealed a great win for the pinks.
