A day at the bay
Today Rosaneri pitch up at Botany Bay in Enfield.
The game will be a 40 over shoot out and the action will get underway at 2pm.
There has been doubt in the build up about the home teams ability to field 11 players. Hopefully this has been rectified and we can look forward to a competitive game of cricket.
Things have gone very well for the pinks this year and we do need a real struggle of a contest before we head off the The Cotswolds for the big contest.
Over the years clashes against The Bay have been very one sided one way or the other, so it would be nice to have an even match up this year.
Big Mike and Mr Bell will feel confident walking out to bat as this is the scene of their club record opening partnership, and both will be looking to add to their good personal starts to 2010.
Mat Freeman reports a slight knee injury and may well have to be played as a batsman rather than a bowler.
