We have a bit of catching up to do on the man of the match front so here goes. 

Incredibly all 11 players have voted for the Edmonton and Botany Bay games. 

Against Edmonton 3 players received votes, but one player came out on top by a considerable margin. That player was Mike Freeman for his superb innings and a very nice cameo spell with the ball late on. 

If only he had one or two more balls at the rookie batsman ! 

For the match against Botany Bay again 3 players received votes, but it was a landslide victory for Steve Shewring. 

Amazingly this was Steve’s first innings of the season and he looked imperious while smashing his way purely in boundaries to a second fifty for the club. 

He then picked up the ball and grabbed a nice caught and bowled to complete a great days work.
