A strong club identity and spirit is what makes Rosaneri sports club so strong. The football team has thrived for years being, “The team that play in Pink”. So much so, that people actually remember us in an ocean of blandly named teams with no real identity.

The cricket club have used the club identity as best as they can so far, by introducing a pink shirt for Twenty/20 cricket. Those who played last year will already have their shirt, but we are proposing a new order for those that haven’t already got one.

If you would like a shirt please email admin@rosanericricket.co.uk with the size that you require. Sizes range from XS through to XXXL. The total cost including embroidering will be £10.

The restraints of normal cricket though, which requires teams to be dressed in full whites, does lead us to do some creative thinking around keeping our identity. We already have pink bat grips which can also be ordered through admin@rosanericricket.co.uk for £3.50 each or two for £5.

The next obvious form of club identity is to launch a Rosaneri cricket cap. Initial research suggests that traditional wool caps will be rather expensive, but baseball style caps are available in Pink and can be cheaply embroidered.

Thinking outside the box has always been a strong point of the Rosaneri club, and some unique products are being considered. These include bat stickers, sweatbands, and neckerchiefs.
