Good morning sports fans and welcome to what promises to be a very pleasant day out in rural Essex. 

We are playing on the outskirts of Great Dunmow against Eastons Cricket Club.                                         

The match is scheduled for a 2pm start.

There has been a bit of chopping and changing with the team this week, but we have ended up 11 to take the field.

Opening batsmen are reminded that they must not take their pads off when they are out just in case we need to use a runner ! (That is one for the forum followers.) 

Eastons describe themselves as Medium/weak which should make it a perfect contest. 

Today also sees the long awaited return of Paul Sindrey from his self imposed two month exile from Rosaneri cricket. Welcome back sir.
