The big match moves ever closer and it is all eyes to the sky as all Rosaneri fans go on weather watch. 

The game will take place on the Botany Bay farm view square. 

Start time for the contest is lightly being scheduled for 1pm, but this does depend on what time our visitors arrive. 

Rosaneri players are advised to arrive at the ground for 12pm and earlier if possible to assist with setting things up. 

At this point I would like to offer much thanks in advance to Mark and Nicola Cox who are arranging the bulk of the match day food. Mark has taken care of the admin and organisation and Nicola has spent a lot of time in the kitchen. 

We will play the match in full whites during a 40 over format, with bowlers being limited to a maximum of 8.    

All Rosaneri players will be charged £15 for this one off game to cover the extra food costs.                             

Our team was very difficult to finalise, but hopefully you will realise that I have considered all the options and balanced every angle to put 11 names on the sheet. This was an amazingly difficult task and I thank those who debated the subject with me during the first day of The Ashes.  

Jim will Captain Rosaneri and I will act as vice captain.
