Good morning sports fans and welcome to one of the seasons most eagerly awaited fixtures.                         

We are off to North Weald where we got a right battering last year. However, the 8 wickets margin didn’t tell the whole story. The batting was resilient but was certainly under par, but our bowling was shocking with nobody bowling to their full potential. 

The Rosaneri team has a real ragamuffin feel to it today and the spirit may well make up for a few of the missing senior pros. The Mully brothers have come to the rescue in a record week of unavailability, but the biggest mention of all must go to Robsie. Not only has he changed around his entire weekend schedule in order to play, but he also worked miracles in persuading the Mully’s to play. 

The game is scheduled for a 2pm start and players are advised to arrive at the ground by 1.30pm. Those relying on sat nav should use CM16 6HW.
